Do you have a scan of Shaw's stuff?
Also, I scanned mine in using a transparency adapter of a Epson 1650
flatbed (has not decided which negative scanner to get yet) at 3200 dpi,
and then downsampled to 3x5 size so I think better scan can be have.
Plus I did not use a tripod :-)

the 90 macro is, can cut it in this company. I see people saying that the
Zuiko 90 macro is the sharpest macro around bar none - and look at Shaw ...
and wonder.
I saved Richards' shot and tuned it somewhat with Photoshop - and could get
it to sharpen a little more - but not to the standard of Shaw's shots.
Perhaps the shot was significantly sharper before scanning - only Richard
can tell us. ??
