If springs get changed, then the camera may not be able to stop the lens
down.  There is probably oil in the blade mechanism.

got a problem with my 180/2,8... the diafragm works ok but is very slow to
go back to full aperture... no sign of oil or dust on the blades... just
sticks, taking half a second to come back to full aperture...
what's going on... any cure ?
Is there a spring somewhere to change ? something to clean like a
roll-bearing (roulement à billes in french) ?
