Hey, veterans of the SCSI wars.  You can stop scaring the Acer Scanwit
newbies with tales of the 5 to 10 year old ISA SCSI wars.  The Acer
Scanwit comes out of the box with a perfectly fine PCI SCSI card
manufactured by Acard.  The Acard SCSI card has no jumpers because it
doesn't need them.  It knows how to Plug 'n Play just fine assuming that
your motherboard and associated drivers know how to Plug 'n Play as
well.  The Scanwit is also self-terminated and don't need no steenking
terminator.

The Scanwit is a fine Plug 'n Play device with nothing to adjust or
twiddle.  If it doesn't work when plugged in look elsewhere in your
system.  Check with your motheboard manufacturer for bugs in their PCI
IRQ steering logic.  Just thought I'd set the record straight.
