: Is there a hidden catch with the iS/L teleconverter ?

There are a couple, compared to the OM 2xA:
- the minimum focus distance increases (stays the same with with 2XA)
- you can't use filters
- you can't use a hood

The iS/L B converter otoh has the big advantage that it does not alter the
speed - a 230mm/F2.8 lens is much more practical as a 270mm/F5.6 lens.
