Horray, I solved the Olaf Greve puzzle!
Fantastic picture Olaf. It just seems a little odd to pay for getting 
published. Or maybe I misunderstood the deal.
A coffee table book is the kind of book that you lay causually on the 
table in front of the sofa, so you're guests have something to shim 
through while waiting for dinner to get ready.
