Tamron apparently has a zoom lens that will go from 28
to 200 mm. Yikes!
It seems I heard once not to get a zoom where the top
end was more then double the bottom (or something like
that.)
Did something change? Is there some new design
technique that allows for this kind of thing?
I also saw a Vivatar for the same range.
Is anybody familiar with these lenses? Any comments?
