The collar is stamped into the top cover at the factory.  Replacements are
available but if you still have yours then you can probably just use it.
It's not that difficult to stamp it in, but it does require the removal of
the top cover.  To stamp it in I used a round tip allen (hex) key.  I can't
remember the exact size, I think it was 3/16".  With the cover removed,
place it upside down on a hard surface so that the collar is well supported.
Place the rounded end of the allen key against the inside of the collar and
stike it with a hammer.  Rotate the allen key a bit and strike again.  If
you do it right you should end up with 12 little indentations in the collar.
I wouldn't bother trying to glue in the collar, it probably won't hold.
