OK, OM's, N*kons,P*ntax and a few others have been discussed. A friends
daughter is getting into photography and has some talent, including blue
ribbons and best of show at the county fair this year. Her old C*non AE
was stolen and so her dad is looking for another camera for her for
Xmas. I recommended the OM but she is used to C*anon and so I think he
is going that route. One of her teachers favors the C*non I think.
Anyway, if you throw C*non into the ring which would you get for a
student? Full manual is mandatory, anything else may or may not be a
plus as she says she only uses manual. Cost is a major factor, both for
bodies and future len purchase. What say ye? Why?
