It depends on how you acquire.
If you purchase at Yodobashi with accumulated points
you maybe able to buy as low as 10,000yen.
The MSRP is 200,000yen. I saw in OM BBS, a sort of
Japanese OM chat room, there was a person reporting
that he saw a 3Ti (brand new) at 136,000yen at a new
opening of a large retail outlet. I also saw somewhere
in other BBS that is was sold at 125,000yen.
BTW, today's exchange rate is 125.976yen to US$1.00
