They picked outstanding spots for the settings; and created quite a few with
great skill.
Most countries would have at least a few outstanding spots. The USA has
lots, from what I've seen (on film mostly). An so has France ... ... I could go
on.
But thanks for the comment. Can take only a little credit for it myself,
unfortunately ;->
