One thing I have found in my pictures is that a cooler
tone always seems to overpower warmer colors while
even strong warm tones don't affect cooler colors. I
shoot with Kodak exclusively because Kodak has a much
warmer trend. One thing I absolutely hate is a cool
green or blue cast to a picture which has any people
or warm reds/yellows/oranges and while I have
occasionaly gotten into trouble (Kodak 100 + 50/1.4sc
+ UV Haze filter I had on before I knew better =
yuck!) I find that for the majority I don't notice a
warmer color to pictures and even welcome it sometimes
(although the combo I mentioned earlier makes people
look like ooompa loompas :) . For me colors on the
reddish end need help while the blues can take care of
themselves. This is why I didn't really like the
results I got from the 50/1.4 late sn. All IMO of
course.
