Friction. It's made of white plastic corrugated board, like that used for 
signs. A square is cut in it to fit my T32 flash so the reflector is angled 
forward 45 degrees over the T32 flash tube turned up to bounce position. 
About 10x12" with the corners cut off near the camera so I can easily 
adjust stuff. It probably doesn't fit a t20. 

Cost $0.00 - cut from an old sign.

Weighs 40g 1 1/3 oz & stays in a pocket on the outside of my camera bag. 

Good for macro shots, too.
