Yes, you are right, complex lighting are impossible to correct. On the other
hand, area covered with one kind of fluorescent lamp can be partly corrected
with FL-D or FL-W, which mainly reduce some green from fluorescent and
compensate for the color temp.

High color rendering index fluorescent lamp was available for a long time, I
have used such lamp for years, which has an CRI of over 85% (the traditional
one is 65%) and some special one is up to 90%. They look much better than
the traditional fluorescent lamp and price is not much higher, I think it is
worth to make a change not only for photography but good for the eyes too.
