To get precise rotations I use the Crop Tool to draw a rectangle and position
it along a desired horizontal or vertical object. Then make a W.A.G. at the
needed rotation, ESCape the crop, do the rotation, and then check again. Easy
to get alignment withing a small fraction of a degree.
