The T32 is close to 71 Joules (W-s) but the T20 is much lower, 25J  (W-s) 
based on some old notes I made. 
The T45 is double the T32  at 142J (W-s). Note the GN of the T45 is 40% more 
than the T32 as expected from the inverse square law.(Double power gets you 
sqrt(2) more GN.)
Remember the T20 only covers an angle suitable for f=35mm lens, not 24mm as 
does the T32/45.

An interesting GN comparison for portable flashes is the Metz 60ct potato 
masher with large external battery pack. For the same angle of coverage as 
the T45 (24mm lens) the GN *in ft* of the CT60 would only be 158, barely more 
than the 147 of the T45.
