I can't speak of TMAX, but I shoot Tri-X at 200

Definitely not develop as normal. Pulling requires reducing development
time and pushing requires increasing development time. Although I'm fairly
new at developing B&W, when I shoot Tri-X at 200, I develop for 8 minutes in
D-76 1:1.
