Went to my son's sports awards brunch, brought the OM and a T-20 flash.
Loaded the batteries before I left, charge light came on. Took 1st shot at
the brunch, flash did go off. Waited for it to re-cycle, the ready light
never came back on. Good loud tone from the unit, sounds like its charging,
after a long wait, the 'auto check' light starts blinking. The unit never
recharged. At home, new batteries tried, same thing, no 'ready' light, but
still a good tone. Both sets of batteries charge up a different T-20 just
fine. It's not a failed 'ready' light, as the flash does not go off, not even
partially, when mounted back on the camera, although the camera does set to
1/60. Any suggestions?
