Have you obtained the person's phone number from Ebay? Non-response to
email could be due to a number of reasons, and I'm quite sure Ebay will
divulge such information to the participants of a transaction.
I've no idea if there's any way you'd be able to cash that particular
vehicle, but I don't think the odds are in your favor.

Hey all,
I ran an auction about a month ago. It went fine. I live in Canada
and the buyer is from the U.S. He did not send the right payment method.
He sent one of the green USPS postal money orders (the non-international
one) after I asked him to be sure that he sent the right one. The amount is
correct. I cannot get in touch with him now (2 weeks trying now). Is there
anyway I can cash this and send him the item? Only the orange international
ones are good in Canada.
