I have a Vivitar S1/Phoenix 19-35 which I tested
against the Zuiko 21/3.5, 24/2.8 and 28/2 but only at
f8. I didn't test for flare or distortion but the
Vivitar was sharper and contrastier in the center and
corners than the 24/2.8 and 28/2 and was less sharp
than the 21/3.5.
