[OM] Removing strap lug from Winder 1

Does the small phillips head screw above the square strap lug on the Winder
1 do what I think it does?

Tonight I realized my hand was too big and the 180/2.8 was too heavy.  The
strap lug kept digging into my palm and that was less than comfortable...
