Kinda reminds me of the old pavement on the New York State
Thruway. Rise-drop, rise-drop, rise-drop, risedrop...
Yes, every frame is skewed. As in rotated by half a degree or
so on the film. I'm guessing that the film is not travelling
perfectly horizontal across the opening.
