Both - but, mainly B - exempt from all Federal taxes are far as I know.
Dunno about state & local - probably because it's like a embassy or
something.
Great place to have somebody get you cigarettes which are like 50% tax!
That, or indian reservations. And, you can gamble at the reservations also!
