Either you got some really tripping fungus in there or
something has come loose. Very probably the latter and
I would definitely contact the seller. Is is bright
orange or coppery orange cause a lot of copper/brass
is used around the prism I think (although I have no
idea on this, one of our local OM gurus would
definitely know more)
