Let me add; I own an OM-1MD converted to 1.5v operation clad in Morgan Sparks
antique leather skin, no hot shoe, and when the shutter fires it really sounds
cool. I have a classic strap coming for it from C.H. Ling and I think I will
get a light brown case for it. I have a silver nose 100/2.8 for it, but it
looks real retro with the 28/2.8 and lens hood on it. So .... don't hesitate
to acquire an OM-1 and have it converted. The Morgan Sparks thing is optional.
Retro lenses are also, unless you are a retro-grouch (g).
