What do you mean?
Do you want a M.15V NiCd Battery Pack to attack to the MD-1?
...or are you wanting to replace the NiCds in a M.15V Control Pack?
If you are looking for a replacement NiCd pack, you can contact these guys:

They made a couple for me with great success. I sent them a pack that I
pulled out of my Control Pack. They may still have the template. I know a
few other list members bought packs from them. You can also read the FAQ,
which will tell you how to replace the NiCds and instructions for replacing
them with NiMH batts (check the archives for the NiCd vs. NiMH debate).
If you want a new M.15V Control Pack, you can new ones from B&H and Camtech
(www.zuiko.com). Otherwise, keep a close eye on theBay or camera shop
websites. If you buy one used, you will probably have to replace the NiCd
packs.
