I mentioned some months ago that PayPal operating practices amounted
to restrictive practices. You might notice that the only way to
contact them is by letter...

It seems PayPal put through some of the transactions as cash advances instead
of purchases. From the printed statement it's impossible to tell this, but
they can see it on their computer. They agreed it was an error and reversed
the interest charges. If you use PayPal, it may be worth checking your
credit card statement carefully.
