Well, with various films, due to the usual silly mistake of not setting the
film speed dial correctly, I've exposed print films up to two stops wrong
either way.  I've always had them developed as normal and they've always
come out looking very acceptable.  Print film is much more tolerant of
overexposure than underexposure, so I'd reckon it'll be OK if you process it
as normal.

Caveat, though, is that I've never used the Portra - others might know more
about its specific behaviour.
