You are, and you aren't. Simple. Your mind has changed as well - or not. So
whatever is doing the thinking may be as changeable as the body. Or not.
Incidently, I believe that some cells in the lens of the eye are not
replaced as they have no blood supply, even by diffusion. That's why the
lens hardens with age.
All else is mutable. Perhaps.
