You are right after checking the spring tension, it is quite stiff (compared
to the other lenses).

By replacing a spring with less tension will solve the problem?

The word is  "cock"..........no......not that one.
If the shutter works without that lens mounted then the lens is probably to
blame.  Could be the coupling pin that sticks through the back of the lens
has too much spring tension.
