I also have an OM dedicated to IR use, but an OM-1. Besides the backing paper on the pressure plate, it as a polyester Wratten 87 filter mounted between the film rails. That lets me see through the viewfinder as if it didn't have any filter at all, very useful for hand-held photography, no threading filters on and off all the time.

My usual development for HIE is 11 minutes at 68F in D-76, and I rate the film at EI 25 with the 87 filter.
