I was referring to the wind lever cap when talking about it being potentially
difficult to remove.  Olympus had a similar tool but it had a handle which
was 90 degrees to the pins (ie. the handle was parallel to the wind lever).
Unfortunately it too damaged the trim plate, but from Olympus's point of
view it didn't matter since the trim plate is replaced anyways.  Of course
nowdays trim plates are about as rare as MD covers so it's best not to damage
them.
