I typically shoot T-32's and T-20's in umbrellas, conncected by TTL-Multi-Connectors and cords. It's cheaper than getting studio units that would sit unused.

Our new office is about to be finished, and there should be some space to
set up a part time "studio." What kind of lighting / flash equipments do
people recommend, for the OM-4/Ts? I don't own any flash right now except
the T-10 Ring Flash.

(I sold my F280 way back when because I couldn't stand the wimpy power output)

How about background? Any good recommendations?
