I have a shoe-mount adapter that clamps onto the umbrella's main pole. It has room for two shoes, so I can mount any combos of T-32's and T-20's that I need to vary the lighting ratio or get more light. They should be pretty cheap somewhere. The're not rocket science.

How do you mount the umbrellas to the T-flashes?

I typically shoot T-32's and T-20's in umbrellas, conncected by
TTL-Multi-Connectors and cords. It's cheaper than getting studio units that
would sit unused.
