OK, but neither do you know for certain that it wasn't made. Admittedly, that's "Bad Science" as it requires someone to prove something doesn't exist. The other two long teles you mention are known to have never been in production.

No; my error. There are not any SC 35/2's listed, just one of the very late ones after the "MC" mark was dropped.

Neither do I, but IIRC he lurks and does pop up with a posting every now and then.

I came to the conclusion that there isn't any definitive evidence of a 35/2 H.Zuiko. IOW the jury is still out. *If* they exist, they must be a very small population compared to the entire poplulation of 35/2's. Reason? The existence of silver-nose MC versions of this lens. One of the mysteries of life for now. Don't drive yourself crazy trying to resolve it. It's usually easy enough to inspect individual lenses for multi-coatings.
