Narrower in thier overall length I should have said...not diameter.
The spools of 620 have a thin metal ends....the 120 used to have a rolled
edge on the spool end are now molded in plastic with the ends the same
thickness.

As far a the 616...I found a souce for this on the net once but it is very
expensive. I dont recall the site...I'm sure you could find it with a
search for vintage film.

In looking at listings for these cameras on eBay some say that they use #120
film. Is this an indication that the camera will use modern size 120 film?
Some say #116 and I don't believe there is any of that around anymore.
