Mine is marked differently, so it's probably newer.  It reads: 
OLYMPUS (a quarter inch of space) TELECONVERTER 2X-A (serial 
number 132xxx) 100mm F2.8 135mm F2.8 135mm F3.5 200mm F4 200mm F5 
100~200mm F5 Japan
