Hi Gary,
How high does the Hakuba extend without the use of the center post? I use a
Gitzo 026 for times when I have to pack light. The 026 is light and compact
but the bottom legs are so weak as to be unusable IMO. This leaves me with a
tripod that extends to about 3 feet. Does the Hakuba come without a head?
I've got Hakuba's dry boxes, but have never seen their tripods in person.
