[OM] The elusive TOPE 9

Any ideas about why I can't get the TOPE 9? I've turned the computer off and 
back on (yes, I did a shut down and start up . . . although I guess we have 
all used the off switch method sometime) with no success.  I've reloaded the 
page and scratched my head.  Nothing seems to work.  The OM system is just 
about the apex of my comfortable high tech abilities and it sometimes stumps 
me.  Any ideas? Bill Barber
