There is a LTM to Pen adapter, but the OM uses a much longer back focus than
the LTM, so the lenses would only focus for close-up/macro distances. I
don't think one has ever been commercially available but a good
mechanic/machinist could probably make one. There is a company I cannot
remember the name of that makes all kinds of custom mounts and adapters (for
a price $$!) A web search may find them.
