I use a flatbed scanner to scan the film strips and then use Photoshop to
look at the images, and possibly do a bit of manipulation. It's fast and
easy. When I find something I want to print, I use Photoshop to help me see
what direction I want to take the print in, make a rough print, and take it
into the darkroom with me. Also, you don't have to spend the major bucks on
the full Photoshp -- you can use Photoshop Elements.
