Ahh yes, the spot meter for the 1n. Meter my palm and open up one stop.

I use it all the time for nearly all shots (except flash, I can't read the
meter fast enough! 8-)

Untanned caucasian skin is about 36% reflectance.
Calibrate your hand vs an 18 0ray card "beforehand".
