The concept of capitalism was developed by the Dutch as was the first equity
market upon which the modern stock markets are based. They are very
innovative people. Now we tend to associate the Netherlands with dikes,
tulips, bordellos and liberal recreational drug policies. Images can get
distorted sometimes.
