I have shopped at Adorama and have not encountered any difficulties. Of
course it helps that I shop in person. I purchased only one used item from
them, a 28-48 Oly zoom that I had seen on the website. Unfortunatly I don't
remember how they rated it and in fact when I got to the store I was told
they had more than one; the guy brought out three of them and let me choose
whichever one I liked best - and included the lens hood as well. I'll see
if I can find the rating and the price in my files.
I purchased a used bounce grip 2 from B&H and had a horrible experience -
very gruff and unfriendly sales guy. Item was rated a 9 or 9+ and is in
excellent condition. B&H is a fun store to go into for anyone planning a
trip to NY; the place is *huge*.
