I agree with Greg, sort of. The newer all-black versions go for >$1k, but
Adorama just sold a demo green version for $999 with a BIN of just over
$1100.
Of course, some come with both the 1.4x and 2x converters. Then there is
the case (soft or hard)...and don't forget about filters (drop-in or front).
These accessories can sneak into to an auction or push one above the $1k
mark.
