Thanks to John Hudson & Frank van Lindert for your comments re. my 85/2.0.
Obviously I ended up paying over the odds, about GBP210 with shipping &
customs charges, but the last one to go was GBP260 over here. As someone
said e-bay UK tends to be overpriced! Anyway, I'm pleased with it, it's a
silvernose, which I believe is probably the one for it's intended use,
portraiture.(People and animals) Yes, Frank, I'll try & stick to European
goods if I can, I even have a feel for euros after a recent visit to
Ireland. I think my days of buying Zuikos are almost at an end, however, I
only really need a 21/2.0 now, though a 100/2.0 would be nice too!
