Hmmmm "Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire" is quite a name. My warped little
mind translates this as "a place where very large jewish women ingest
marijuana."

Some digital camera failures are quite repairable. The motor on my D500 L
quit just after the warrantee expired and cost about $125 to repair. Impact
damage might be a different story though.  /jnm

"beyond economic repair".  Frustrating, but one of the downsides of digital
is that they can't be inexpensively repaired.
