Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I could see where the PL-C is *required* if
you're gonna do multi-spot metering, or other similar tricks where you're
reliant on correct values with the mirror down. For a simple Auto-mode
exposure, however, I would think that a standard linear polarizer would work
just fine.

Scott,
If you're saying that Auto mode (available light TTL) should work perfectly
on the OM-4 even with a linear polarizer, yeah, I think that's right.
Manual mode has the potential to be wrong but not Auto.
