That price is about USD70, and the average 'Bay price over 3 recent years
was about USD90. but was as low as USD40 too.

That lens if a genuine Zuiko is a constant f/4, not f/4~5.6.

The test data there are encouraging in my opinion.
If you are happy with bidding on the bay, you might get a better deal there,
