As soon as you start using the 625A, the voltage starts to fall and that
will affect accuracy directly.  So, IF the camera was repaired and the 3
stop error adjusted out, the meter will be accurate with  a new battery for
a short time, then you will start overexposing.  You may not notice it with
negative film, but your slides will slowly get lighter (overexposed).
