So this looks like the solution I'll try once I look into getting the proper
screwdriver for the job.  One last question: I already have a roll of film
in there.  Will removing the base plate expose the film to light?  Should I
wait until there's no film in the camera?  (I know this sounds like a
no-brainer, but ever since I rediscovered this problem, it's really been
bothering me!  =)
